Why subscribe?
I have been writing about ETFs since June 3, 2015, when my debut article as ETF Monkey appeared on Seeking Alpha. Since that time, I have written on both that site as well as my personal website, ETFMonkey.com.
In November, 2021, Alex Pettee of Hoya Capital inquired as to whether I would have any interest in being a contributor to the Hoya Capital Income Builder marketplace service on Seeking Alpha. I am happy to say that we have been working together since that time. If you are interested in high-yield ideas, primarily in the REIT sector, feel free to check out this offering.
In addition to that work, however, I decided to explore starting a more personal newsletter.
Here are a couple of samples of my work.
At the outset, my newsletter will be free to all, as I both get comfortable with using the format and build my list of subscribers. I may add paid content in the future, perhaps doing deeper dives into certain ETFs, writing tailored articles in response to reader questions, and sharing my personal portfolio. However things play out, I assure you that any cost will always be reasonable. I would rather have 10,000 readers benefit from my work at modest cost than 100 readers able to afford some exorbitant fee.
