It’s just shy of 4:45 pm Friday afternoon my time as I write this briefest of notes.

Just dropped an article for TheStreet.com based on the headline topic. This is not exotic stuff for you investment whizzes. It was intended to be a “back to basics” article for someone looking to get into investing, and wondering what ETFs can do for them.
